Since reading Michael Sander’s Families of the Vine, I’ve wanted to explore more wine from Cahors. I’ve started seeing a few wines from Cahors over the last couple of months, even some of the wines made by the wine makers who feature in the book. Needless to say, I’m going to have to give some of them a try.

I’m often asked where’s a good place to buy wine. I’m always happy to share. First up, Fallon & Byrne.
