Back of the label
This classic style of Pinot Noir has been produced from some of the oldest vines in the Waipara Valley. Hand selected, de-stemmed and fermented with natural yeasts, the separate batches were aged in French oak barriques while undergoing a natural malolactic fermentation. The resulting wine has complex characters of barnyard and cherry stone straddling ripe tannins and vibrant acidity.

Great tasting video! I enjoyed it very much especially since I came across Andrew Moore, General Manager of Waipara Springs, at the Boston Wine Expo recently. He’s a great guy- and I enjoyed my tasting there. Wish I could track some of this down in a local shop, but they don’t import into my state yet.
Cheers!
Thanks, Bob. I’m sure you’re not short of a decent drop in Boston!
