Chile reception at Waterford Castle

I’m raging to have missed the visit of Chilean winemaker, Felipe Garcia of Casas del Bosque to a David Dennison Fine Wines hosted dinner at Waterford Castle.
By all accounts, the night was a great success as guests from all over Ireland joined David on the evening including wholesale customers, press and corporate clients.
A six course tasting menu prepared by Chef Michael Quinn was complimented by a selection of Casas del Bosque Reserva & Gran Reserva wines.
As Felipe spoke about each of the wines, guests experienced a taste of Chile and culinary delights.
