The Channel Island of Sark now joins the south of England as one of the newest regions to produce wine in Europe. The UK and little bits of Ireland are getting pretty excited about the wines coming out of the UK, particularly the sparkling ones.
It will still be a while before Sark wines are available on the shelves here but in the meantime, here’s an initial taste.
